| Background | Lys-[Hyp3]-Bradykinin a Bradykinin (HY-P0206) agonist. Lys-[Hyp3]-Bradykinin is a kinin， it can be isolated from human urine. Lys-[Hyp3]-Bradykinin can be used for the research of inflammation. |
| In Vitro | Lys-[Hyp3]-Bradykinin (0.1 nM-1 μM) displaces [3H]-BK from solubilized binding sites of cultured human fibroblasts with a dose-dependent maner. Lys-[Hyp3]-Bradykinin (0.5 μM; 7 min) increases CAMP level up to an 16-fold in human fibroblasts. |
