Gelatine methacrylamide (GelMA) is a double bond modified gelatine that can be cured into a gel by UV and blue light in the presence of photoinitiators, and has the properties of both natural and synthetic biomaterials, with a three-dimensional structure suitable for cell growth and differentiation. FITC-GelMA is coupled with fluorescein isothiocyanate on GelMA molecule, which gives it green fluorescence. The product has good biocompatibility and has a wide range of applications in the fields of ex vivo imaging, tracing, material degradation, biosensing and 3D printing.
Remark:These protocols are for reference only. Solarbio does not independently validate these methods.
