Quick Direct RT-PCR Premix (Probe qRT-PCR) is a reagent specially designed for direct detection of RNA amplification by Taqman probe, eliminating the nucleic acid extraction and purification step of samples. This product has a strong inhibitor tolerance, and can be used for direct RNA amplification detection of anticoagulant whole blood, plasma, serum, throat swab, saliva and other samples without nucleic acid extraction and purification.
