| Note | 1. Superstart Direct Premix (Probe qPCR) is hot started for 1 to 5 minutes. It is suitable for PCR reaction by multiple fluorescence quantitative probe method. 2. If the fluorescence value is too low or the amplification inhibition phenomenon is obvious, it is recommended to reduce the sample size or dilute the sample and then add the sample; It can also be improved by increasing the reaction volume (60 to 100 μL) while maintaining the same dosage. 3. The above blood, throat swab and other samples were collected in accordance with clinical standard operating requirements; To avoid nucleic acid degradation, freshly collected samples can be used. 4. The three-step method is recommended for primers with low annealing temperature or for amplification of long fragments over 200 bp. 5. Before and after amplification, please use a special area and pipette, wear gloves to operate and often more; Do not open the reaction tube after the PCR reaction is completed to minimize the contamination of the PCR products to the sample. |
