| Detection Principle | This kit uses CBA multifactor flow detection technology, different fluorescence codes of microspheres, different microspheres coated with mouse TNF-α/IFN-γ/IL-4/IL-5/IL-6/IL-10/IL-12/MCP-1/GM-CSF/IL-17A/IL-1β specific antibodies, incubated with the samples to be tested. It can bind specifically to mouseTNF-α/IFN-γ/IL-4/IL-5/IL-6/IL-10/IL-12/MCP-1/GM-CSF/IL-17A/IL-1β in the sample, and then add biotin-labeled detection antibodies to form an antibody coated microglobe-cytokine-detection antibody immune complex. Finally, phycoglobin labeled streptavidin was added and combined with biotin. The fluorescence intensity of the tested substance was obtained by flow cytometry. The fluorescence intensity was directly proportional to the content of mouse TNF-α/IFN-γ/IL-4/IL-5/IL-6/IL-10/IL-12/MCP-1/GM-CSF/IL-17A/IL-1β in the sample, and finally combined with the standard curve of these 11 cytokines standards, Thus, the quantitative detection of mouse TNF-α/IFN-γ/IL-4/IL-5/IL-6/IL-10/IL-12/MCP-1/GM-CSF/IL-17A/IL-1β in the same sample was realized. So as to help judge the immune function state of the body. |
