Amp resistant plasmid can be rapidly transformed in 10 min, Kan resistant plasmid can be rapidly transformed in 30 min, and can also be used for routine cloning, blue-white spot screening and other experiments. The conversion efficiency of pUC19 plasmid was greater than 109CFU/μg DNA. |
