| Product Description | The RP4-2 plasmid is integrated into the chromosome of strain S17-1, which can carry part of the DNA of the chromosome and transfer between conjugation strains. Strain S17-1 is recombinant enzyme deficient (recA1) and lacks endA1, which can reduce the probability of homologous recombination of inserted fragments, ensure the stability of DNA fragments, and improve the quality and yield of plasmid DNA.
