Product Description: D401 is a kind of iminodiacetic acid chelate resin. The resin has a high exchange capacity and excellent mechanical strength. It can be used in the chlor-alkali industry, secondary brine purification, lithium carbonate removal of calcium and magnesium, non-ferrous metal adsorption recovery, and heavy metal removal treatment of various wastewater.
Resin regeneration method: D401 chelate resin can adsorb more than two valent metal ions in a solution where a large number of univalent metal ions exist. It can be used in a single column or two columns in series. When the two columns are in series, the working exchange capacity of the resin will be higher and the removal rate will be higher. When the resin adsorption leakage exceeds the standard, regeneration is required. The regeneration of D401 chelate resin is generally done by pickling the adsorbed metal ions first, and then converting the resin to sodium hydroxide for use. Pickling agent to choose sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid, depending on the purpose, the concentration can vary between 3-15%. However, when the elution process may have a risk of precipitation formation (such as the formation of calcium sulfate), it should be chosen carefully.
