Product Introduction
Aspergillus oryzae ribonuclease T2 is a member of the ribonuclease T2 family and is widely present in various microbial, plant and animal species. In contrast to Aspergillus oryzae ribonuclease T1, which is a completely specific guanylate endonuclease, all ribonuclease T2-like enzymes are essentially non-base specific. However, RNase T2 endonuclease enzymes from different species can exhibit a slight base preference. Fungal enzymes, including Aspergillus oryzae RNaseT2, show a slight base preference, in the following order :A> G> C, RNaseT2 at 3 ' of a base; 5 ' of phosphoric acid residues and adjacent nucleotides; The -OH residues are cut between them to form a 2 ' , 3 ' -cyclic phosphoric acid intermediates are then generated with 3 ' Oligonucleotides of phosphoric acid residues.
