Product Introduction:
The color predyed protein molecular weight standard contains 11 highly purified and predyed recombinant proteins (14,17,20,25,30,43,50,72,100,130,250 kDa) ranging from 14kDa to 250 KDa, with 72kDa bands in orange-red and 25kDa in green. It is suitable for protein molecular weight standard for SDS-PAGE and Western blot.
The molecular weight standard of this color predyed protein has been prepared in 1×SDS-PAGE loading buffer and is used directly without boiling, diluting or adding reducing agents. Depending on the size of the sample hole, the molecular weight standard of the color predyed protein is usually 5-10 microliters per sample (5×1.5mm glue hole 5μl is sufficient), and very clear protein bands can be observed during electrophoresis, after electrophoresis, and after transfer.
Remark:These protocols are for reference only. Solarbio does not independently validate these methods.
