Background | Soybean isoflavone is a kind of phytochemical, belonging to plant flavonoids, mainly derived from the legumes of legumes, among which the content of soybean is higher. There are 12 kinds of soybean isoflavones naturally existing in soybeans, which can be divided into 3 categories, namely daidzein, genistein and daidzein glycosides. The estrogen effect of soybean isoflavones affects hormone secretion, metabolic biological activity, protein synthesis, growth factor activity, and is a natural cancer chemopreventive agent. This product is prepared by weight-capacity method with soybean isoflavones with quasi-determined purity as raw material and 60% methanol water as solvent.
