Product introduction
LightNing fast endonuclease is a series of genetically engineered fast restriction endonuclease, which is suitable for fast enzyme cutting of plasmid DNA, PCR products or genomic DNA. All LightNing fast endonuclease enzymes have excellent activity in the universal CutOne or CutOne Color Buffer, and can complete the enzyme digestion in 5 to 15 minutes. In addition, the dephosphorylation and linking reagents are 100% active in the CutOne Buffer, supporting a tubeization reaction and improving the enzyme-reduction-modified-linking experience.
Features and usage
Fast endonuclide, the reaction can be completed within 5 to 15 minutes
Suggested reaction condition
1× CutOne buffer;
Incubation at 37℃;
The reaction system was formulated according to DNA Rapid enzyme digestion Process.
Inactivation condition
Incubate at 80℃for 20 min.
Methylation sensitivity
For DNA methylated by EcoKI, clipping may be blocked.
