Product introduction
Used to determine the efficiency of phosphorus bacteria to decompose inorganic phosphorus in phosphorus bacteria fertilizer.
Preparation method
Weigh 32.0g of this product, heat and dissolve in 1000ml distilled water, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, set aside.

Ammonium sulfate: 0.5
Yeast infusion powder: 0.5
Sodium chloride: 0.3
Potassium chloride: 0.3
Magnesium sulfate: 0.3
Ferrous sulfate: 0.03
Manganese sulfate: 0.03
Calcium phosphate: 5.0
Agar: 15.0
pH 7.0-7.5, 25℃
Precautions
When pouring plates, shake the medium well.
The medium contained insoluble calcium phosphate with white precipitates.
