| Background | Fasentin is an effective glucose uptake inhibitor that inhibits the transporter GLUT-1/GLUT-4. Fasentin is a death receptor stimuli (FAS) sensitizer that can also sensitize cells to FAS induced cell death. Fasentin is also a sensitizer of TNF apoptosis-inducing ligand. |
