Product Introduction:
DiOC6(3) is a cell-permeable green fluorescent lipophilic dye and a widely used membrane potential dye. At low concentrations, DiOC6(3) selectively stained mitochondria in living cells. At high concentrations, the dye can stain the inner membranes of other organelles, such as endoplasmic reticulum, in living cells or in fixed cells. In addition, DiOC6(3) has also been used to study the interactions and dynamics of ER structures in neurons or yeast.
Precaution:
1. All fluorescent dyes have quenching problems, please try to avoid light to slow down the fluorescence quenching.
2. For your safety and health, please wear a laboratory coat and wear disposable gloves to operate.
Note:Product information may be optimized and upgraded. Please refer to the actual label information for accuracy.
Remark:These protocols are for reference only. Solarbio does not independently validate these methods.
