Product Introduction:
The detection of reporter gene is a common method for eukaryotic gene expression regulation research, and bioluminescence method is the most commonly used and effective method for reporter gene detection. Luciferase catalyzes the conversion of substrate luciferin and emits photons. This product provides a rapid, sensitive and stable method for the detection of renilla luciferase reporter gene expression in mammalian cells. Cell lysis can be completed within 10-15 min. In addition, the reagents are easy to prepare and the sample detection steps are simple.
Precaution:
1. Please immediately centrifugal the product to the bottom of the tube before use, and then conduct subsequent experiments.
2. Because the temperature has an effect on the enzyme reaction, the samples and reagents should be at room temperature before the determination.
3. The maximum wavelength of renilla luciferase-catalyzed bioluminescence is 480 nm.
4. For your safety and health, please wear a laboratory coat and wear disposable gloves to operate.
