Name | Bacterial RNA Extraction Kit (magnetic particles) |
Storage | Store at 2-8℃ |
Unit | Kit |
Specification | 50T 100T |
Magnetic bead extraction of bacterial RNA agent box, so that bacteria in the lysate (does not contain Trizol, chloroform and other toxic reagents) after complete cleavage, under the action of binding solution, RNA and magnetic beads can be specifically recognized and efficiently combined, rinsed and elution, under the action of external magnetic field force can be separated from the sample RNA. Clean RNA bands are obtained without the addition of the DNaseI enzyme. The extracted genomic RNA has a high purity of A260/A280 ratio between 2.0-2.1, basically free of DNA and protein contamination, and can be applied to various molecular biology downstream experiments, suitable for Gram-negative bacteria.
