Product introduction
Bilirubin is a kind of bile pigment, which is the main pigment in human bile. It is an important basis for clinical judgment of jaundice and an important index of liver function. The detection principle is to adsorb bilirubin in urine with barium chloride and drop Fouchet reagent, so that bilirubin is oxidized to biliverdin and green reaction. The sensitivity of the kit is high, up to 0.05mg/dl or 0.9μmol/L. It is mainly used for qualitative detection of bilirubin in human and animal urine.
