Product Introduction:
X-Gluc is a substrate for the detection of GUS gene in E. coli, and can be used for rapid detection of GUS gene fusion markers in plants.GUS staining solution under suitable reaction conditions, β-glucosidase (GUS) hydrolyzes X-Gluc into a blue substance, which is insoluble in indigotoxin in the nuclear tissues of transgenic cells, and the site or locus with GUS activity appears as a blue color or a blue spot, which can be observed by the naked eye or microscope. The site or locus with GUS activity appears as a blue color or blue spot, which can be observed with the naked eye or microscope.
GUS Stain is used for GUS gene expression analysis of transgenic plants. The kit is ready-to-use, mixing and preparing the staining solution according to the proportion before use, easy to operate.
