Product Introduction
Synthetic agarose series products use synthetic technology to get rid of the dependence on natural seaweed feedstock for higher gel strength, lower electroosmosis (EEO) and higher resolution.
This product has a very low electroosmosis (EEO=0.03), which makes the electrophoretic mobility of DNA significantly higher than that of traditional agarose gels, reduces the influence of band diffusion, improves the electrophoretic resolution, and is ideal for the routine rapid analysis of nucleic acids by gel electrophoresis and western blotting. At the same time, it has ultra-high adhesive strength (≥2000g/cm2), and the prepared gel is not easy to be damaged and can support long-term electrophoresis. This molecular biograde agarose is free of detectable DNase, RNase and Protease activity and has an extremely low sulfate content, resulting in a low-staining background, high-strength gel with highly consistent batch to batch stability.
