Peptide T acted to block viral entry as it inhibited in the MAGI cell. Peptide T selectively inhibits HIV replication using chemokine receptor CCR5.[1] Peptide T(10(-8)M)induces IL-10 production by the human Th2 cell line and PBMC. Peptide T(10(-9)M)inhibited IFN-gamma production by PBMC. Anti IL-10 antibody inhibited the anti-IFN-gamma effect of peptide T.[2] |
