U251 cells were lysed using radio immunoprecipitation assay (RIPA) buffer supplemented with protease and phosphatase inhibitors, centrifuged and the supernatant collected.100 μg of cellular protein was mixed with 4 times volume of 5X SDS-PAGE loading buffer(with DTT).
