Product introduction:
Ink capsule staining has a good effect on observing Cryptococcus neoformans. India Ink is a very high-quality ink, and there is a sticky polysaccharide capsule around the body of Cryptococcus neoformans. The presence of the capsule can be proven by Indian ink staining. After staining, the capsule of Cryptococcus neoformans replaced the colloidal carbon particles in the ink, and the bacterial body was surrounded by clear, colorless, and transparent halos. This reagent is only used in the field of scientific research and is not suitable for clinical diagnosis or other purposes.
