| In Vitro | Mitochondrial dysfunction was induced by treatment with oligomycin，which significantly decreased mitochondrial membrane potential(ΔΨm).[1] Oligomycin on hypoxic HIF-1alpha content was pronounced in cells exposed to hypoxia(1.5% O(2))but decreased markedly when cells were exposed to severe oxygen deprivation(anoxia).[2] Oligomycin，an inhibitor of the F0 portion of H+-ATP synthetase and inhibits TNF-induced apoptosis.[3] |
