The yeast protoplast preparation kit provides a full set of reagents for the preparation of protoplasts from various yeast samples. This kit provides a system to maintain that protoplasts are separate and intact. The optimized reagent formula and procedure can quickly isolate protoplasts with little cross-contamination. The protoplast components extracted by this kit still maintain their biochemical functions and are suitable for all kinds of downstream analysis. This kit is not suitable for protoplast preparation of frozen yeast samples. We can provide protein extraction kits for animal cells, tissues, plants, fungi, yeast, microorganisms, algae, liquid, soil and other different samples.
