The plant histone extraction kit provides a simple and widely used method for extracting histones with corresponding reagents. It is suitable for extracting histone from various plant cells and tissue samples. The extraction process is simple and convenient. The yield of histone extraction products is about 0.2-0.4mg per 107 cells or 100mg tissue, and the yield varies greatly among different cells and tissues. The extracted proteins can be used for WesternBlotting, protein electrophoresis, histone modification experiments such as acetylation, methylation, sumoylation and other downstream protein studies. We can provide protein extraction kits for animal cells, tissues, plants, fungi, yeast, microorganisms, algae, liquids, soil and other different samples.
