Cell Membrane Protein Extraction Kit

The cell membrane Protein Extraction kit provides a complete set of reagents for the extraction of membrane proteins from a variety of primary or pass-through cell samples with high purity and free of nuclear and cytoplasmic proteins. The extraction process is simple and convenient. The prepared membrane proteins remain naturally active with little cross-contamination. The protein extracted from this kit can be used for WesternBlotting, protein electrophoresis, immunoprecipitation, ELISA, transcriptional activity analysis, Gelshift gel retardation test, enzyme activity determination and other downstream protein research experiments. The protein extracted by this kit is an active protein with natural protein conformation. This kit does not contain EDTA and is compatible with downstream applications such as metal chelation and chromatography. The protein samples extracted by this kit contain high concentration of salt components, which cannot be directly used for 2D electrophoresis, and need to be desalted before being used for 2D electrophoresis. If downstream experiments need to be directly used for isoelectric focusing, two-dimensional electrophoresis, please use other kits. The membrane protein extracted by this kit is the total membrane protein of the cell, which requires a separate organelle membrane protein extraction. Please choose a kit of other product number
