Suspension cell small nucleic acid transfection reagent is a special reagent for suspension cell small nucleic acid transfection, which is improved on the basis of primary cell small nucleic acid transfection reagent. The product can be used to transfect small molecular RNA within 200 bp such as siRNA, miRNA mimics, miRNA inhibitor, etc. and can be transfected into most suspension cells. At present, nucleic acid transfection of suspension cells is a hot problem both at home and abroad, and there is a lack of really effective commercial small nucleic acid transfection reagents in the market. This product can efficiently transfect the vast majority of suspension cells and obtain ideal gene knockout effect. For most suspension cells, the positive rate of RFect transfection was more than 75%, while the death rate of transfected cells was less than 10%. It is also extremely easy to use. SRNA was mixed with transfection reagent at room temperature, and then the mixture of siRNA and transfection reagent was directly added to the cells containing culture medium. The serum had no effect on the transfection effect, and there was no need to deliberately add or change the culture medium.

Product characteristics:

The transfection performance of suspension cells: the positive rate of cell transfection is generally more than 75%, and the gene knockout efficiency is more than 80%; Extremely low cytotoxicity: the death rate of transfected cells is less than 10%, which greatly reduces the effect of cytotoxicity on experimental results;
