One of the alkaline phosphatase substrates that, together with BCIP, is catalyzed by alkaline phosphatase to produce an insoluble blue product. It is often used in immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry (ICC) and western blot (WB).
Nitrotetrazolium chloride blue (NBT; N8140-Solarbio): substrate for dehydrogenase and other peroxidase enzymes. For the determination of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase; It is also a precipitating reagent for coagulation factor I(fibrinogen). It is also one of the alkaline phosphatase substrates, which is catalyzed by alkaline phosphatase to produce insoluble blue products. It is often used in immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry (ICC) and western blot (WB). NBT can be used as a screening method for urinary tract infections. Nitrotetrazolium chloride blue (NBT) reduction method was used to determine serum glycated low density lipoprotein and very low density lipoprotein (SG LP-V P), and the concentration of SG LP-V P was directly expressed by light density according to the color depth, and the index of SG LP-V P was calculated.
