pET-28a(+) is a commonly used prokaryotic expression vector of fusion protein type, containing anti-kanamycin gene. Expression is induced by the T7 RNA polymerase provided by the host cell. Host bacteria: It is recommended to clone E.coli DH5α or TOP10 as receptor bacteria; E.coli BL21(DE3) or BL21(DE3)pLysS were used as receptor bacteria.
