Product performance index
1, physical and chemical: colorless, clear, transparent, no impurities
2, sterility test: aseptic operation, adding double sterile liquid thioglycolate medium, 36±1℃, culture, aseptic growth.
How to use
After being removed from the freezing environment, melt in a water bath at 35℃ for about 10 minutes; After sterilization, the medium was cooled to 50-55℃, and in the absence of
bacteria, the Agar base was added in a sterile process and gently shaken.
