The bacterial protoplast preparation kit provides a full set of reagents for the preparation of protoplasts from various Gram-positive bacterial samples. This kit provides a system to maintain that protoplasts are separate and intact. The optimized reagent formula and procedure can quickly isolate protoplasts with little cross-contamination. This kit is suitable for the preparation of protoplasts of various Gram-positive bacteria samples. It is not suitable for samples of gram-negative bacteria. The protoplast components extracted by this kit still maintain their biochemical functions and are suitable for all kinds of downstream analysis. We can provide protein extraction kits for animal cells, tissues, plants, fungi, yeast, microorganisms, algae, liquid, soil and other different samples. We can also provide protein extraction kits for different parts of cells, such as cell membrane, nucleus, cytoplasm, mitochondria, lysosome, Golgi apparatus, endoplasmic reticulum, exosome, etc.
Applicable sample: Bacteria.
