This product is a 10x concentrated DNA loading buffer for DNA gel electrophoresis, which causes the DNA sample to sink into the gel loading hole. Its main components are glycerol, EDTA, bromophenol blue and xylene blue. Bromophenol blue and xylene blue are used as electrophoresis indicators to indicate the electrophoresis process.
Instruction:
1. Please add 1 μl to 10×DNA Loading Buffer for every 9 μL DNA sample (10 times dilution).
2, after mixing, directly added to the DNA gel sample hole, electrophoresis.
Note:
1, if the amount of each time is small, it can be used after appropriate packaging.
