Product Introduction:
Linezolid is an antibiotic, an inhibitor of bacterial protein synthesis, and a fully synthesized oxazolidinone antibiotic. Linezolid showed good antibacterial activity against methicillin-sensitive or drug-resistant staphylococcus, vancomycin-sensitive or drug-resistant enterococcus, penicillin-sensitive or drug-resistant Streptococcus pneumoniae, and also against anaerobic bacteria.
Linezolid has a unique site and mode of action, so it is not easy to cross resistance with other antibacterial drugs that inhibit protein synthesis in positive bacteria with intrinsic or acquired resistance, and it is not easy to induce bacterial resistance in vitro. For vancomycin-resistant enterococcus faecalis infections, concurrent and non-concurrent skin and skin structure infections.
