The outer ring and inner filter are made of stainless steel. High temperature and pressure are not recommended. The larger the number of mesh, the smaller the aperture. In general, mesh number x aperture (micron number) = 15000.
Processing:
1, if it is stainless steel, alkaline solution soaked for 4H, shock, deionized water to clean the alkaline substance, and then soaked in alcohol for 4h, dry when used.
2, the used stainless steel cell screen should be washed with running water in time, and gently brushed with a soft tube brush with a little detergent, rinsed with running water, rinsed with deionized water 3 times, put in the oven to dry, and set aside.
Note: After washing, please dry in the oven to prevent the cell screen from rusting. If the residue is difficult to get out, use an ultrasonic cleaning machine.
