Product Description:
This reagent is a general total RNA extraction reagent, which is suitable for the total RNA extraction of animal and plant cells or tissues and bacteria, and can effectively prevent the degradation of RNA during the extraction process. The RNA obtained can be directly used for Northern hybridization, purified mRNA, in vitro translation, RNase protection experiments, RT-PCR, and cDNA cloning.
