Description: Biochemical research.
Usually vitamin D3 is more stable than vitamin D2. D3 is found in human and most animal tissues and is abundant in foods such as cod liver oil, liver, roe, milk, cream and egg yolks. The human skin contains 7-dehydrocholesterol, the precursor of vitamin D3, which can be converted into D3 by sunlight or ultraviolet irradiation, so more sun exposure can prevent vitamin D deficiency. Water solubility :< 0.1g /L (20℃) Soluble in most organic solvents, slightly soluble in vegetable oil

Shape: white to white crystals or crystalline powder crystals. Fat-soluble vitamin, insoluble in water, water-soluble :< 0.1g /L (20℃) soluble in alcohol, ether, acetone and chloroform and other most organic solvents, slightly soluble in vegetable oil. Oxidized and deactivated in humid air for a few days, the pure crystals only deteriorated slightly after being stored in brown vacuum ampoules in the refrigerator for one year.
Use :Vitamin D3 acts through a receptor, a member of a large family of ligand-dependent transcription factors that regulate the proliferation and differentiation of normal and cancer cells, and has anti-proliferation and anti-metastasis effects on breast, colon, and prostate cancers. Activated Vitamin D receptors in the gut and bones also maintain calcium absorption and homeostatic.Storage :2-8℃ dark storage
