Product introduction
Activity (KIU/mg) : >4500, serine-active proteases such as plasminase and plasma angolasin play a key role. Aprotinin works by inhibiting the serine active part of the enzyme, but with different proteases, the inhibition effect will be slightly different. The binding to trypsin is the strongest, while the binding to human plasminase is very weak, and the complex binding to human plasma angolasin is rather weak. The anti-fibrinolytic action of aprotinin can not only protect the direct substrate (fibrin) from degradation by fibrinolytic enzyme, but also protect the fibrinogen in plasma and α2-globulin in serum.
Scope of application
Aprotinin is widely used in a variety of biological experiments (such as various protein extraction processes) to inhibit serine proteases such as plasma enzymes, angiolasin, trypsin and chymotrypsin.
Usage method
PBS can be prepared into a 10mg/ml storage solution, which can be diluted 5000-15000 times when used (the final concentration is 0.6-2ug/ml).
