CRO-Protein Labeling ServiceProtein Labeling Service
I. Service Items and Cost
The samples to be labeled that can be accepted include antibody IgG, macromolecular proteins, small - molecule polypeptides, small - molecule compounds, etc. The charging standards for antibody and macromolecular protein labeling is following(USD).
Marker | Type | Number of labels | Delivery period | ||
1-2 mg | 2-5 mg | 5-10 mg | |||
HRP | Enzyme | 160 | 214 | 334 | 3-7 days |
Biotin | Biotin | 134 | 200 | 268 | 3-7 days |
FITC | Fluorescence | 134 | 200 | 268 | 3-7 days |
RBITC | Fluorescence | 160 | 214 | 334 | 3-7 days |
Cy Series | Fluorescence | 200 | 294 | 428 | 3-7 days |
SAlexa Fluor Series | Fluorescence | 268 | 334 | 534 | 3-7 days |
In addition, due to the small molecular weight of small - molecule polypeptides and compounds, special treatment is required. Please inquire about the price.
Ⅱ. Service Process
1. Please contact solarbio sales to negotiate specific experimental project, quantity, and cost.
2. The client pays the service fee and provides the sample to be labeled and the sample receipt. Our company will arrange the labeling service according to the contract requirements and complete the entrusted labeling service within the specified time.
3. After the labeling is completed, the labeled sample will return to the client, and an electronic labeling report will be provided simultaneously.
Ⅲ. Sample Requirements
1. The sample to be labeled is preferably in dry powder form. If it is in liquid form, the concentration should be greater than 0.5 mg/ml.
2. Antibody IgG samples containing sodium azide cannot be labeled with HRP.
3. Components such as BSA and glycine in antibody IgG samples may affect the labeling effect. Please choose carefully.
4. For macromolecular protein, information such as molecular weight, isoelectric point, buffer composition, and pH should be provided.
5. Please specify any other special circumstances in advance.
