I. Service

DSL purification: Using a simple reversed-phase column, DNA is specifically adsorbed through the column and can be eluted by organic solutions but not by water, thus effectively removing salts but not fragments shorter than the target fragment.
PAGE purification: The process has been optimized on the basis of conventional denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, which significantly improves the purification speed, separates DNA fragments with high purity and recovers the target DNA fragments.
HPLC purification: According to the principle of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), based on the hydrophobicity of DNA, the separation and purification of primer DNA is a very effective and efficient way of purification, and can achieve high purity of DNA fragments.
